Joachim Low’s side looked set to bag first competitive victory since a World Cup win over Sweden but conceded two late goals to the Netherlands

Joachim Low is under increasing pressure as Germany manager with Monday’s disappointing draw against the Netherlands seeing his side reach their longest winning drought since 1978.

The 2014 World Cup winners looked to be cruising to their first ever Nations League victory on Monday against a Netherlands side that looked jaded from their exploits in last week’s 2-0 win over France.

First-half goals from Timo Werner and Leroy Sane put Low’s side in control, only for the Netherlands to snatch a dramatic draw after late strikes from Quincy Promes and Virgil van Dijk.
